SAN FRANCISCO -4½ -110 over Cleveland

8:15 PM EST. The 2-2 Browns mounted a shocking turn around when they went to Baltimore and ravaged the Ravens last week by a rather impressive margin. The Browns damaged credibility was restored and they now once again will appear in prime time. This one involves flying across the country after a big, emotional win.

The 49ers come off their bye with a 3-0 record and are playing much better in the third year of HC Kyle Shanahan's offense. The last time we saw the 49ers was at home against the Steelers in a game that saw Frisco outgained Pittsburgh by 200 yards. The week prior, the 49ers walloped the Bengals and outgained them by 255 yards.

We’ve said it a million times that nobody can predict games. If we were to predict, the points look mighty tasty. We would even go as far as saying the 49ers stock is high and therefore it’s time to sell. However, we have protocol over here and one of the things we will try and not do is go against Pinnacle Sports, the sharpest sportsbook on record. All day today, (which is why we’re posting so late), Pinnacle has had San Francisco at -5 when most books have dropped to -4½. We have learned to not go against Pinnacle, especially in a prime time game like this one and it is therefore in our best interest to swallow the points. The Pinnacle Factor is something we have discussed in previous podcasts and we'll apply it here.
