Washington -1½ +162 over PHILADELPHIA

7:05 PM EST. We were sick to rip up our tickets last night after the Phillies added three runs in the bottom of the ninth to win the game 6-5 in walk-off fashion after an Andrew McCutchen home run. That's a big swing on the 'ol unit scale. However, we will not be deterred.

Erick Fedde (RHL - WAS) might not impress in the box scores, but he's got enough in his profile to offer some value here. A 50.7% ground ball rate is elite and an increase of 3 K/9 over last season shows some signs of promise. A low strand rate of 67.9% shows he's not benefited from too many lucky bounces to back up those numbers.

Our attack on the Phillies will continue today, as they send Matt Moore (LHP - PHI) out for the start tonight. Moore has no business being priced in this range with his 35.9% groundball rate, a bloated 4.29 BB/9 walk rate and a dismal 9% swing and miss rate. Matt Moore takes on the leagues best offense against left-handed pitching, as the opposing Nationals have a .795 OPS when facing them. He has an ugly 5.53 xERA and right-handed batters have hit him hard, with a .968 OPS. He has thrown 35 frames in his eight starts this season, where he is 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA and 1.67 WHIP. Huge value here on the Nats
