BALTIMORE -1½ +186 over Tampa Bay

7:05 PM EST. Tampa will send Ryan Yarbrough (LHP - TAM) to the bump, who has been back and forth from the rotation to the bullpen this season after his early struggles put him in the doghouse. When you give up 32 hits and 17 earned runs in 22.1 innings that is going to happen. Now Yarbrough is back in the fold because Rays’ pitchers are dropping like flies. We like to attack starters turned relievers and then forced back to start.

John Means (LHP - BAL) is a true stud and is very much underpriced because the Orioles have been putrid for years. However, like the Tigers, the O's are getting better as their top prospects begin to develop. Austin Hays and Ryan Mountcastle are heating up at the dish and Means is having a breakout season at 28. John Means has validated his breakout potential. His excellent surface stats are completely supported by a 14.2% swing and miss rate and a 71% first-pitch strike rate. His 88.8 mph exit velocity was among the 15 lowest posted by qualified starters but he’s priced like he’s a third man in the rotation guy. That provides us with this opportunity.
