7:07 PM EST. After giving up 124 runs in its last 10 games, the Orioles only allowed five last night but there was more stress on the bullpen. Baltimore has now lost 13 of its last 14 games and its only win over that span was 1-0 victory. With Dylan Bundy (RHP - BAL) starting and the O’s favored, it’s an auto-fade.

Dylan Bundy is having a trainwreck type of season at home where he has allowed 14 jacks in 12 starts, while going 1-8 with a 5.61 ERA and 1.41 WHIP. The results over his last seven starts have been especially ugly as he owns a 6.06/6.71 ERA/xERA split. Right-handed batters have had his number with a strong .874 OPS.

Does it really matter who is pitching for the Royals? We think not but for info purpose, pencil in Brad Keller (RHP - KC). Keller has been better recently after a horrendous April and May. He has thrown a strong game three times over his last eight starts where he has a 4.27 xERA and 51% grounders. Those are not eye popping skills, but could easily be good enough against an Orioles lineup that struggles against right-handed pitching (.241 BA, .717 OPS). Keller also has a BB/K split of 8/26 over his last 33 innings while pitching deeper into games right now. We don’t like Keller but this isn’t about him. This is about fading a team and pitcher that have to both be mentally and physically exhausted after being abused for months and especially abused over the past 2+ weeks.
