8:30 PM EST. The Tiger-Cats took center stage in the football world in last week’s 50-11 romp over Johnny Manziel and the Alouettes. That game was about as high profile as a CFL game can get especially south of the border where it received the front page treatment on http://ESPN.com and was televised on ESPN 2. However, those tuning in to see what Johnny Football has been doing to keep busy, “up north,” were treated to a 28-0 first quarter route that Manziel and company could never recover from. With CFL, NFL and college football fans all converging on that one game, there is little doubt the Tabbies are going to be overvalued after being overexposed in Week 8. Further inflating the Ti-Cats appeal is going to be their recent success over these Blue Bombers after Hamilton made quick work of Winnipeg in its 31-17 Week 2 win at home, but it is important to remember that rookie pivot Chris Streveler was making just his second CFL start and veteran Matt Nichols is now back under center.

Two months was a long time ago and the Bombers appear to be healthy and much improved after a slow start to 2018. Winnipeg is coming off its first bye of the season and were winners of back-to-back games headed into the break. The Bombers have posted the league’s number one offense through seven games with 34.14 points per game. The defense was the Blue Bombers' Achilles Heel last season, but that unit has picked it up in recent weeks after allowing just 20 points or less in their last four games. Winnipeg is 3-1 over that stretch and it’s not a surprise that the Ws started to come after the D shored up their deficiencies. The Bombers were out of sight and out of mind last week, which makes the market's spotlight on the Tabbies even brighter, as hanging 50 points on just about anybody is sure to gain some market interest the following week. By not playing, the surging Bombers come at a discount here. Tigers-Cats are a must sell and we’ll do just that. Swallow the points.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the unique things about our website is that we provide write-ups every single day on every game we post. We’re not sure if everyone understands how time consuming that is and how difficult it is as well but if you do not, please try it one day and you’ll see.

That said, we’re not going to change that. We’ll have write-ups every single day like we always do but we’re also going to have another feature. You see, we post our games usually in the early afternoon or before 1:00 PM EST but there is a lot of movement and other intangibles that occur throughout the day that has influence on what we’re betting. Usually after 6:00 PM EST or thereabouts, we’re going to be adding other games that we’re betting on in a section called “add-ons” for today that we ARE NOT going to write up because it’s too time consuming and with an hour or less before the first game goes off, we just won’t have the time.

This is a feature that you will see on our home page with the other wagers and we’ll also tweet it out when our add-ons have been posted.
