7:00 PM EST. We bet the Hurricanes to win this series before the puck was dropped in Game 1. Through five games, the ‘Canes lead Boston 3-2 with Game 6 being played in Beantown. The Bruins have not looked out of place thus far, but that has little to do with our next move. We’re looking to maximize profits and minimize losses.

The B’s are favored in the -125 range tonight on their home ice, but they are +280 to win the series, which is far more interesting. Thus, this is how were are going to play it:

We are going to take the 2 units that we stand to win on the ‘Canes and bet it on Boston to win the series @ +280. If the Bruins win tonight, the Hurricanes figure to also be in the -125 range in Game 7. If that happens, we can flip it right back on Carolina to more than our original wager. If the 'Canes win, we break even, as our original series wager on Carolina will cash and cover this bet.

Whether you bet Carolina or not before the series started, this wager is available so it's up to you what you want to do. Like our Tampa Bay wager, if you believe in the B's tonight, you can take them at +280 to win the series, which is a pretty sweet price going into Game 7 with options.
