It has two OT victories along with four losses. The Sharkies could easily be 0-6. San Jose also has the league’s worst goaltending tandem so it really doesn’t matter which one of their stiffs go today. Furthermore, the Sharkies will play their sixth straight road game here before heading to Colorado to play two more on the road. We’ll fade them in Colorado too in their 7th and 8th straight road games to open the year but then it gets worse when the Sharks travel to Arizona to play its first two “home games” because of Covid-19 restrictions in their region. As if things couldn’t get worse, San Jose ranks near the bottom in every metric category and every statistical category as well. By contrast, the Wild rank in the top five in every metric that matters. Minnesota in regulation without having to lay a price? Yeah, we’ll bite.
