8:05 PM EST. Regulation only. The Jets are an interesting team this year to be sure. Loaded with offensive talent and led by Patrick Laine and Mark Schiefele, the Jets have one of the best one-two punches in the league. However, as the chalk, they are likely going to be a great fade all season because their defense is so leaky. They Jets have allowed 40 shots or more in three games already, to Minnesota, Pittsburgh and New Jersey, which is why they’re so vulnerable. Put the Jets in the category as a live underdog but very risky favorite. The Jets will also be playing their fourth game in six nights here.

Arizona is undervalued to be sure. They have played just four games against Boston, Anaheim, Vegas and Colorado. They have one win but the losses were all by one goal with the latter, against Colorado, occurring in OT. They also lost to the Bruins by a final of 1-0. That’s a pretty tough schedule early on but the truth is that the Coyotes be 4-0 instead of 1-3. The ‘Yotes are playing a strong two-way game and they just need to bury some of those chances to get them going. The Jets provide the perfect opportunity to do just that.
