NHL Add-ons:

For the most part, our NHL wagers are based on value, goaltending and situations and therefore we’re just going to keep this section running and throw in some notes unless there is some key information that we want to share or a situational advantage that we see. In that case, like the one with Vegas and the Kings today, we’ll post a separate write-up.

Detroit +193 over DALLAS

8:05 PM EST. OT included. Detroit has been competitive all year, Jimmy Howard has been strong and the Red Wings remain one of the most underpriced teams in the league. Dallas is priced like an elite team when nothing about them is even close to being elite.

Chicago +183 over COLORADO

9:05 PM EST. OT included. We’re going to wait for goalie confirmations here because we’re not playing Cam Ward. However, should rookie Collin Delia get the call again, we’re moving in. Delia is 2-0 with a .964 SV % since being called up and that alone makes the Blackhawks worth of a play. The kid was brilliant on Thursday v Minnesota and we can’t imagine that the Blackhawks won’t come right back on him here. Furthermore, the Avs are not scoring these days and thus, playing a hot goaltender against a team that is gripping their sticks a little tighter is recommended. The price is outrageous too. Again, we’ll wait for goalie confirmations before pulling the trigger so make sure it’s Delia and not Ward.
