Arizona +150 over Dallas

8:15 PM ET. Dallas has surrendered thirty touchdowns and 250 points in just eight games. That’s a pace that would make the 2023 Panthers’ historically bad defense blush. Yet the market insists on treating them like a contender instead of a liability.

Dallas’ defense is a tire fire, and it’s not just the scoreboard telling the story. Opposing quarterbacks have tossed 20 touchdowns against them. Dak Prescott’s passer rating sits at 101.6, but opponents are at 112. The Cowboys have allowed 30 points or more in five of eight games, and they’ve looked disinterested for long stretches. Now they’ll line up as a 7½-point favorite with six defensive starters ruled out. This is the type of situation we live for.

Arizona is 2-5, but that record doesn’t reflect how competitive they’ve been. Their five losses came by a combined 13 points, with every one of those games decided in the final five minutes. They’ve had time to rest and regroup after the bye, and they’ll hand the ball to Jacoby Brissett again—who’s been steady and efficient enough to keep the offense moving. Trey McBride has emerged as a legit No. 1 target, and the Cardinals’ locker room has remained engaged.

Dallas, on the other hand, feels fragile. Coordinator Brian Schottenheimer spent extra time this week with his defense, trying to “fix things,” but when a team starts talking about mirror checks and effort levels midway through the season, that’s a sign the cracks have already formed. The Cowboys’ injuries on the back end are too numerous to ignore, and that secondary is about to get tested again.
