USF +5½ -110 over Houston

9:00 PM EST. The Cougars of Houston are riding high as the #20 team in America. They've ripped off seven wins in their last eight games and sit one-game up on the rest of their conference brothers in the AAC standings. One of those victories was a 68-49 waffling of USF back on January 26, which was the Cougars' sixth straight win over the Bulls. As impressive as this run for the Cougars has been, USF has been playing some good ball of its own, even if it's going relatively unnoticed.

The Bulls got off to a slow start in AAC play, but they've finally hit their stride after rolling to three straight victories, including a 75-73 triumph over Memphis on Saturday. With that recent success, the Bulls entered the top 20 in the country in scoring defense at 61.7 points per game and they've limited their opposition to under that number in 21-of-23 games played this season. It's tough to win on the road in college hoops and it's even harder to spot a price. USF figures to be live here with a chance at a signature win on its home floor in front of a national audience on ESPNU.
