Yesterday, most of the betting population was all over Rhode Island to beat the Bonnies and then they watched in horror as the Bonnies steamrolled the Rams in what was essentially a rocking-chair game in the second half. Perhaps beating Rhode Island, a team with market credibility is the reason but whatever the case, the Billikens really have very little market credibility and haven’t for years.

Truth be told that the Billikens underachieved this year. They were actually the favorite to win the A-10 but had a disappointing regular season. The Billikens are great defensively, they’ll assault anyone on the boards and they have more than a few scorers too. The Bonnies quest ends here in what we’re suggesting will be an easy win for the wrongly billed underdog.
