Philadelphia +121 over Boston

3:30 PM EST. The 76ers find themselves down 2-1 in the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Celtics. James Harden, who had a fantastic 45-point performance in Game 1, has struggled mightily in the past two games. He has only made 5 of 28 shots from the floor, including 2 of 13 from 3-point range.

While Harden's struggles have been a concern, the 76ers have shown resilience and the ability to adapt to adversity throughout the year. The Sixers dealt with injuries to both Harden and Embiid during the regular season and were able to adjust and still finish as the #3 seed in the East. The 76ers have shooters up and down the line. When Embiid was out in Game 1, four Sixers outside of Harden put up double digit points. In Game 3, five 76ers scored in double digits, with PJ Tucker also pitching in nine.

The market feasted on the C’s in Game 3, with Boston taking that one by a 114-102 final as a one possession favorite. Today, the Celtics are favored in the same range as they were on Friday night. Seriously? Who is going to back the 76ers today when the oddsmakers are offering up this low-hanging fruit? This is the first game of the day, and it’s going to be on every ticket, teaser, and parlay from here to Southie. Either the books are sleeping in after a busy Saturday, or they trust that the 76ers have a legit shot to tie up this series. If the Celtics win easily again today, so be it, but the price says otherwise. Sixers outright.
