7:00 PM EST. Philadelphia went over the posted total with Brooklyn in a 117-106 win on Wednesday night, but a closer look shows that they have struggled to score as of late. Mix in a putrid team like the Bulls and what you have is a recipe for a slow night at the office. Prior to their 115 point "outburst" in a 115-106 win over Washington, Chicago had failed to post more than 110 points in eight straight.

On the Philly side of this equation, we have a 76ers side that is still without Joel Embiid and save for that game against the Nets, have not put up the points expected of them by oddsmakers. However, we see an opportunity here based on a recent reaction. The market was pounding the 76ers to go under in their last game v Brooklyn but failed to do so in a game that went over the posted total. A total on a Bulls’ game has been under this price just once in the last six games. That’s going to make the over look mighty appealing here but we’re urging you not to bite. The oddsmakers like a poor shooting night and that’s good enough for us.
