Houston/MEMPHIS o240½ -102

8:05 PM EST. The Rockets feature the NBA's leading scorer in James Harden, who is averaging 37.7 points per game this season. While we're no fans of Harden, we cannot deny that he and the Rockets can score in bunches while caring very little about the defensive side of the game. They are always a threat to go over because they take as many shots as possible on any given night. The last time the Rockets and Grizzlies met, it was a relatively low scoring affair (207), but do not let that most recent result sway you. This is not the same Grizzlies team that Houston met last November.

If you haven't been following, the once 6-16 Grizz are in the midst of a 12-6 run and they are playing some of their best ball in years. Forward Jaren Jackson has posted four 20 point games in a row and he's hit a 3-pointer in 28 straight. The Grizzlies picked the bones of the Warriors in their last game, which was a 122-102 win that saw center Jonas Valanciunas put back 31 points and pull down 19 boards. It was his 20th double-double of the season. One might think the Grizzlies are the kind of team that cannot keep up with the Rockets, but in reality, everybody can keep up with the Rockets because they do not care.
