9:07 PM EST. Golden State opened as a 1-point favorite and the entire betting world was touting the Warriors as a steal. Today, even with all that money pouring in on the Warriors, the line has moved in Toronto’s direction and that is extremely curious. EXTREMELY.

The question now is whether or not you have the guts to bet Toronto. We’re not going to break this down. The entire universe knows that the Warriors are the vastly superior team that is going to win this series without question. Against Milwaukee, the Raps had to contain one player and they did that admirably but against Golden State, they’ll have to contain six players. This is a mismatch. That said, the books have taken a “position” here and are on their knees begging folks to take the Warriors. We cannot overstate how difficult it is to take the Raps and how easy it would be to take the superior team without having to spot anything. If you are leaning Warriors, be very careful.

This is strictly a case of recognizing what looks to be the “sucker” bet of the day and going against it rather than taking the bait. Do you have the guts? Man, Toronto is a hard bet to make but it must be done and while we originally had this as just a one unit, we have to have conviction and believe in the process.
