9:15 PM EST. Paulo Costa is a relative unknown after just four fights in the UFC and we haven't seen hide nor hair of him since his TKO finish of Uriah Hall at UFC 226 last July. That win earned "The Eraser" a Performance of the Night bonus and was his 12th professional win with every victory coming by way of stoppage. It's not often that the undefeated fighter is the underdog, but Costa has been criticized for the quality of his UFC competition, but there's nothing he can do about that. Is it "The Eraser's" fault that former 170 LB champion, Johnny Hendricks, flamed out losing seven of his final 10 UFC fights before getting knocked out in a bare-knuckle boxing match last fall? We think not and Costa has a great chance to silence the critics with a name win over a UFC veteran.

Yoel Romero is ageless, as the 42-year-old still appears to be very much worthy of the nickname, "The Soldier of God," as it looks as though he was created by Zeus himself to inflict pain inside of a cage. Romero is well known and a fan favorite for his exciting fights, win or lose, as all but three of his 13 professional fights have not seen the final buzzer. Romero fought middleweight champion, Robert Whittaker last July and lost a split decision, but even had he won that fight, he would not have taken home the championship because he missed weight just as he did his fight prior, a third-round knockout of former champion, Luke Rockhold. In over six-years, Romero has only lost to one man, Whittaker, but their five-round wars have no doubt taken their toll, as Romero has only fought three times the last two years. Perhaps "The Soldier of God" defies Father Time again tonight, but never forget that Father Time is undefeated. Furthermore, what we have here is a seemingly small price on such a well-known fighter against a relative unknown and that is what we refer as “bait”. Don’t take it.
