6:35 PM EST. The Reds are a play daily until May 26. We began backing the Reds on May 10 and so far we are 2-1. The Reds are not one of the worst teams of all time. Cincinnati is loaded with a nice mix of veteran and young talent but their horrible start has put them right in our wheelhouse.

Trevor Mahle (RHP - CIN) is going to look like a tough bet on the surface, but we are not bothered by his 1-4 record or his 6.46 ERA. Mahle’s xERA is a much tidier 3.66, so a correction to the good is in the cards.

Mitch Keller (RHP - PIT) goes for the Pirates. He, too, looks like a dumpster fire (0-4, 6.11 ERA) and has yet to win for the 13-18 Bucs but his story is for another time. We are merely sticking with our plan to play Cincinnati every day until May 26.
