Dude has walked two batters in 37 innings with 35 K’s and a 52% groundball rate. He’s sizzling and he’s legit.

Meanwhile Yu Darvish (RHP - SD) is looking riskier with each passing start. He’s struggling to find the plate (43% ball%), and his stuff has been more so-so than dominant. Darvish has a 10% swing and miss rate that is getting progressively worse. That swing and miss rate was 6% last game. Yarvish’s stuff took a step backwards late in 2021 and it’s still trending the wrong way. The signs are there to suggest this is a pitcher in trouble so let’s keep a close eye on it and fade when warranted.
