2:10 PM EST. Jaime Berria (RHP - LAA) does not figure to go deep into this start. Dude has appeared in just two games (zero starts) and has thrown just six innings. Berria’s numbers are bad this year in a very small sample size and he’ll likely only be a back-end of the rotation starter, but that is valuable to the Angels right now. Barria's fastball tops out at 94 mph, but he pounds the zone with it. His change-up is solid, as is his low-80s mph curve, and he works in a slider. His history shows that he won't get a lot of strikeouts, but he can get enough to be effective with his four-pitch mix. Again, we do not expect more than three frames, thus this wager is not about getting behind the Angels starter. It’s a continued fade on a Twins’ team that’s reeling and getting worse after expectations were so high. It’s also a fade on a rookie starter that doesn’t look too sharp.

Bailey Ober (RHP - MIN) draws an Angels lineup that has produced a top-10 OPS vs. RHP. Giving up hard contact to go along with his 30%/45% groundball/fly-ball split doesn’t figure to bode well for this bruised and battered rookie. Bailey Ober brings a 1.34 WHIP and a 4.75 xERA into this start, not to mention his 6.89 ERA in his last five games started. Of course the Halos can win.
