1:15 PM EST. These baseball lines continue to be overinflated because the favs are hitting at an unprecedented rate but the party is going to end at some point. Maybe not this year but all these units being lost are coming back with interest. Maybe not this year but the point is that the books are inflating prices because they have no choice. This is another insane line on a weak starter. Dakota Hudson (RHP - STL) has been inconsistent this season, as shown by his 44% disaster start rate, but he has still produced a solid 3.54 ERA and 14-6 record. However, his 4.86 xERA reveal that he's been very lucky, although a 57% GB% helps limit damage caused by his weak command. The Giants have been solid on the road, with a .758 OPS that ranks 8th in the NL.

Logan Webb (RHP - SF) has produced sparkling results in his first three starts, with a 3.52 ERA fully supported by a 3.47 xERA. He'll try to keep things going against the Cardinals in St. Louis. The Cardinals have been below average at home, where their .728 OPS is 12th in the NL, and they have the same OPS vs RHP and rank 12th in the league. This start would appear to have some upside but do note that for Logan Webb, the sample size at this level is small. Still, Dude has a sweet BB/K split of 4-16 in 15 innings with a 56% groundball rate.
