3:10 PM EST. The “Coors Field” angle will remain in play here, especially since it was out only winner yesterday. Man, wagering can get so frustrating at times, as we were in a great position to win both Detroit and Cincinnati yesterday but lost ‘em both and as a result, we go 1-4 instead of 2-3 or 3-2. Even 2-3 would have returned a profit yesterday because the Rocks paid out at better than 2-1. Anyway, gotta keep pushing forward so here are today’s starters:

Cole Hamels (LHP - CHC) heads into this Coors Field turn off a terrific outing against the Cardinals but don’t buy too much into that, as the wind was blowing in at Wrigley, although Hamels did strike out 10 in eight full. We also love playing against a second or third tier pitcher off a gem because it takes so much out of a guy. Hamels is good but Coors does not care.

Antonio Senzatela (RHP - COL) is the second best pitcher in this matchup but again, Coors does not care and Colorado wins at home. As a dog at this park, Sentazela has great value because he can get through innings quickly by inducing grounders at an elite rate. Senzatela has only struck out 33 batters in 60 innings but he has an elite 54% groundball rate that leads to plenty of quality starts.
